Terms and Conditions
1. Minimum age for all events is 18 years of age.
2. All participants must be of good health. It is not recommended to attend if you are of nervous disposition, pregnant or suffer from any serious medical conditions or heart problems.
3. Events will include working in the dark and sometimes restricted access. Please contact Paranorthern Research for more details on accessibility.
4. If anyone arrives or is suspected at any point of being under the influence or possession of alcohol or illegal drugs they will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be given.
5. Smoking is not permitted indoors on any investigations. Where possible smoking areas will be arranged. Candles and other potential fire hazards are not permitted.
6.Throughout the event you will be expected to act in a sensible manner. Please respect other peoples beliefs and be aware of your actions. Do not act in a way that could harm or injury to anyone else, animal, property,etc. If found to be behaving in an unacceptable manner you will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be given.
7. Please wear sensible clothing and footwear. Paranorthern Research do not accept any responsibilty for accidents or injury caused by unsuitable attire.
8. Paranorthern Research are not responsible for luggage, clothing, personal belongings, vehicles, etc. We will not be liable for any loss or damage, even if caused by poltergeist or spirit activity.
9. During events you must stay within the group you are assigned to. If you need to leave the group/area please inform your group leader for your own and others' safety. Paranorthern Research are not held liabile for injury or accident caused by leaving the group without permission.
10. You choose to attend the event at your own risk.
11. There is no sleeping facilities provided unless stated. Paranorthern Research recommend that you book accommodation or arrange transport following as you are likely to be very tired following the event. Paranorthern Research cannot be held liable for any accident or injury caused following the event. Tiredness kills.
12. Paranorthern Research cannot and will not guarantee paranormal activity at events. We are not responsible for lack of information or activity.
13. Please note all stories and experiences expressed about the location are not fabricated.
14. No perceived predictions, opinions, information, advice or comments made by our Psychics, Mediums or Clairvoyants should be interpreted as factual or actual. You must make your own decisions and it is understood that when our Coordinators, Psychics, Mediums or Clairvoyants suggest something to you, it is of their opinion and should NOT be interpreted as the only course of action.
15. Very occasionally events are cancelled due to circumstances out of out control. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new date, Paranorthern Research will make every effort to refund your money quickly.
16. All bookings are subject to a £10 non-refundable deposit per person, per event.
17. By proceeding with the booking you are accepting to be bound to these Terms and Conditions, which may be ammended at any time.
Refund Policy
If you cancel any booking more than eight weeks before the event a full refund less the £10 non-refundable deposit will be issued
If you cancel any booking between eight and six weeks before the event a refund will be paid less a 20% cancellation charge plus £10 non-refundable deposit.
If you cancel any booking between six and four weeks before the event a refund will be paid less a 50% cancellation charge plus £10 non-refundable deposit.
No refunds will be given less than four weeks before the event unless there are exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Paranorthern Research.
Bookings are not transferrable without prior consent from Paranorthern Research. Any booking resold without our prior knowledge will become invalid.
If you cannot attend an event then please contact us as soon as possible.
